Outsourcing4work GmbH, CoreAIVideo, Breslauer Str. 1a, 64521 Groß-Gerau, Germany (CoreAIVideo) offers selected individuals a free CoreAIVideo to explore its services. The selection of participants is solely at the discretion of CoreAIVideo.

To participate and receive a free CoreAIVideo, please complete our participation form.

If you are selected for a free CoreAIVideo, CoreAIVideo will inform you within a week after your application. You must then schedule a kick-off meeting with CoreAIVideo within the following week; otherwise, the offer will expire.

Participation is free and limited to one CoreAIVideo per person.

Eligibility is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years old. Participants are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide. Those who provide false information, use unfair methods, or manipulate to gain an advantage will be excluded. CoreAIVideo reserves the right to exclude participants in case of a breach of these Terms and Conditions or to withdraw the offer.

Additionally, the following conditions must be met for participation:

• This offer is exclusively for individuals interested in enhancing their personal brand through AI avatars.
• Cash payments or substitutes are not allowed. Claims for this free offer cannot be transferred.
  
  

Usage Rights for Outsourcing4work GmbH, CoreAIVideo

Each selected participant grants Outsourcing4work GmbH, CoreAIVideo the irrevocable, unlimited, perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, and transferable right to reproduce, edit, and publish the created video, either alone or combined with other media (e.g., audio and/or images). This includes distribution via social media, newsletters, and the website www.CoreAIVideo.com.

Video Language

Please note that the video will be created and delivered exclusively in English.

Additional Provisions

CoreAIVideo reserves the right to cancel or terminate the offer at any time without prior notice, particularly if technical or legal issues prevent proper implementation. In such cases, participants have no claims against CoreAIVideo. Legal recourse is excluded, and CoreAIVideo’s decisions are final.

Only German law applies.

Privacy Notice

The data controller within the meaning of Article 4 No. 7 GDPR for data processing related to this offer is CoreAIVideo. CoreAIVideo processes the personal data provided during participation to execute the offer in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. The legal basis for data processing is Article 6(1)(1)(b) GDPR.
