General Information 

By participating in the contest, you agree to these terms and conditions. 

The organizer of the contest is: 

Outsourcing4work GmbH, CoreAIVideo, Breslauer Str. 1a, 64521 Groß-Gerau, Germany. 

Complete our participation form on CoreAIVideo between December 20, 2024, and December 31, 2024. With a bit of luck, you could win one of the 10 coveted video packages. 

The prizes include 10 vouchers for CoreAIVideo test packages, each worth €95 net. These vouchers must be redeemed by January 31, 2025. After this date, they expire. 

The contest period runs from December 20, 2024, to December 31, 2024. The deadline for participation is December 31, 2024, at midnight. Participation is free and limited to one entry per person. 

Eligible participants are humans who are at least 18 years old. Participants are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide. Employees of the organizer, cooperation partners, sponsors, or those involved in organizing the contest, as well as their relatives and life partners, are excluded from participation. Individuals who provide false information, use unfair methods, or gain advantages through manipulation are also excluded. Using multiple email addresses to increase chances of winning is prohibited. The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the contest in case of a violation of the terms and conditions, and to withhold or revoke prizes. 

Additionally, the following conditions must be met for participation: 

This contest is exclusively for individuals interested in enhancing their personal brand with the help of AI avatars. 

Winners will be selected after verifying compliance with the contest terms. This ensures all conditions are met. Winners will then be chosen and notified by the organizer. Winners will be informed via email after the contest concludes. 

Prizes will be distributed in direct coordination between the winner and the prize sponsor unless otherwise specified in the contest terms. 

If the prize is not distributed immediately or other arrangements are not specified in the contest terms, winners must contact the organizer within 14 days of being notified. Failure to do so results in forfeiture of the prize, and another winner will be selected from the remaining participants. Cash payouts or prize substitutions are not permitted. Prize claims cannot be transferred. 

Usage Rights for Outsourcing4work GmbH, CoreAIVideo 

Each winner grants Outsourcing4work GmbH, CoreAIVideo, the irrevocable, unlimited, perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, and transferable right to reproduce, edit, and publish the created video in parts or in full, whether alone or in combination with other media (e.g., sound and/or visuals). This includes distribution on social media, newsletters, and the website www.CoreAIVideo.com. 

Video Language 

Please note that all videos will be generated and provided exclusively in the English language.  

Other Provisions 

The organizer reserves the right to cancel or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice, particularly if technical or legal issues prevent proper execution. Participants have no claims against the organizer in such cases. If cancellation is caused by participant behavior, the organizer may seek damages from the responsible party. Legal recourse is excluded, and the organizer’s decisions are final. 

German law exclusively applies. 

Data Protection Notice 

The data controller as defined by Art. 4 No. 7 GDPR for data processing within the scope of the contest is the organizer. The organizer processes personal data provided during participation for contest execution and prize distribution as per the terms and conditions. The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b GDPR.
