It is not designed to make high-impact decisions about people.

This policy explains the types of use cases that are not allowed on CoreAIVideo.

CoreAIVideo’s intended use

CoreAIVideo may be used for:

Social media content creation
Brand videos
Marketing videos
AI influencer-style content with proper consent
Product videos
Real estate videos
Educational content
Thought leadership content
UGC-style videos
Script writing
Post writing
Image generation and editing
Avatar and voice-based content with consent
Content planning, approval, and publishing workflows

These are creative and marketing use cases.

CoreAIVideo must not be used for high-risk decisions

You may not use CoreAIVideo to make, automate, support, or materially influence decisions that affect a person’s rights, access, eligibility, opportunities, safety, legal position, or essential services.

This includes decisions related to:

Hiring, firing, promotion, ranking, or workplace evaluation
Education access, grading, admission, or student assessment
Credit scoring or loan eligibility
Insurance eligibility, pricing, or claims decisions
Access to housing, public benefits, or essential private services
Medical diagnosis, treatment, triage, or patient prioritisation
Legal decisions or legal rights assessment
Law enforcement, criminal investigation, or evidence assessment
Immigration, asylum, border control, or visa decisions
Biometric identification or biometric categorisation
Emotion recognition for sensitive decisions
Public authority decisions affecting individuals

No biometric identification or sensitive profiling

CoreAIVideo may allow users to generate or edit content involving faces, avatars, images, and voices.

However, CoreAIVideo must not be used for biometric identification, biometric verification, biometric categorisation, emotion recognition, or sensitive profiling of individuals.

Users may not use CoreAIVideo to identify, classify, rank, score, or infer sensitive characteristics about people based on their face, voice, body, behaviour, or other biometric or personal data.

No regulated professional decision-making

CoreAIVideo-generated content should not be used as the basis for professional decisions in regulated areas.

This includes:

Medical advice or diagnosis
Legal advice or legal decisions
Financial advice or investment decisions
Insurance decisions
Employment decisions
Safety-critical instructions
Government or public authority decisions

Users should consult qualified professionals for regulated, sensitive, or high-impact matters.

Marketing content in sensitive sectors

Users may create general marketing, educational, or explanatory content for sectors such as finance, health, law, real estate, or education.

However, users must not present AI-generated content as professional advice, official decisions, guaranteed outcomes, or personalised recommendations unless properly reviewed and authorised by qualified professionals.

User responsibility

Users are responsible for making sure their use of CoreAIVideo matches the platform’s intended purpose.

Before using CoreAIVideo in a sensitive or regulated context, users should ask:

Is this content only educational or marketing?
Could this output affect someone’s rights, access, eligibility, or opportunities?
Is the content being used to make a decision about a person?
Does this require professional review?
Does this require legal, regulatory, client, or platform approval?

If the answer suggests a high-risk or regulated decision use, do not use CoreAIVideo for that purpose.

Enforcement

CoreAIVideo may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that use the platform for prohibited high-risk purposes.

We may also remove content, disable features, request additional information, or take other steps needed to protect users, affected individuals, and the platform.
