EU AI Act Role Statement

CoreAIVideo is an operating system to create and launch AI Influencer programs, all powered by AI.

Our platform helps users create AI-assisted and AI-generated content, including topic ideas, scripts, posts, images, avatars, voiceovers, videos, templates, and social publishing workflows.

This statement explains how CoreAIVideo understands its role under the EU AI Act and how we support responsible AI use.

CoreAIVideo’s role

CoreAIVideo provides a platform that allows users to access AI-powered features for content creation and content workflow management.

Depending on the feature and context, CoreAIVideo may act as a provider of AI-powered platform features made available under the CoreAIVideo brand.

CoreAIVideo customers and users may act as deployers when they use CoreAIVideo to create, review, approve, download, publish, or distribute content for their own business, brand, client, or audience.

Users remain responsible for how they use AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs.

CoreAIVideo is not a general-purpose AI foundation model provider

CoreAIVideo does not currently position itself as a provider of a general-purpose AI foundation model.

CoreAIVideo may use third-party AI models, APIs, infrastructure, and service providers to support features such as text generation, image generation, image editing, voice generation, voice cloning, avatar creation, video generation, and content analysis.

CoreAIVideo’s role is to provide a connected workflow, creative interface, orchestration layer, templates, approvals, and publishing support for users.

Intended purpose of CoreAIVideo

CoreAIVideo is intended for creative, marketing, educational, brand, agency, and social media content production.

The platform is designed to help users:

Brainstorm content ideas
Create scripts and posts
Generate or edit images
Create avatars and AI influencer-style content with proper consent
Generate voiceovers or use voice cloning with proper rights
Create AI videos
Use templates
Review and approve content
Schedule or publish content to social platforms

CoreAIVideo is not designed to make high-impact decisions about individuals.

Transparency approach

CoreAIVideo supports transparency through policies and product workflows that may include:

Informing users when they are using AI-powered features
Explaining that outputs may be AI-generated or AI-assisted
Encouraging human review before publishing
Requiring consent for avatar, voice, likeness, and identity use

Following applicable laws, platform rules, advertising standards, and industry requirements
Using CoreAIVideo only for permitted purposes
