AI-Generated Content & Deepfake Disclosure Policy

CoreAIVideo helps users create AI-powered content, including scripts, posts, images, avatars, voiceovers, and videos.

Because AI-generated content can look and sound realistic, transparency matters.

This page explains when users should disclose that content was created, edited, or assisted by AI.

What counts as AI-generated or AI-assisted content?

Content may be AI-generated or AI-assisted when it is created, edited, transformed, or enhanced using CoreAIVideo’s AI features.

This may include:

  • AI-written scripts
  • AI-written social posts
  • AI-generated hooks
  • AI-generated topic ideas
  • AI-generated images
  • AI-edited images
  • AI avatars
  • AI influencers
  • AI voiceovers
  • AI voices
  • AI-generated videos
  • AI-edited videos
  • AI captions
  • AI-generated templates or video scenes

Even if you provide the original idea, image, script, brand document, or prompt, the final output may still be AI-assisted.

What is deepfake-style content?

For this policy, deepfake-style content means AI-generated or AI-manipulated image, audio, or video content that could make someone believe a person, object, place, event, or statement is real when it is not.

Examples include:

  • An AI avatar that looks like a real person
  • A cloned voice speaking words the real person did not record
  • A video showing a person appearing to say something they did not say
  • An AI influencer that could be mistaken for a real person
  • An edited image that changes a real event or real scene
  • A synthetic testimonial or endorsement
  • A realistic AI-generated brand spokesperson

Deepfake-style content is not automatically prohibited, but it must not be misleading, harmful, or non-consensual.

When you must disclose AI use

You should clearly disclose AI use when:

  • A video includes an AI avatar
  • A video includes an AI-generated or cloned voice
  • A person’s face, likeness, or identity is AI-generated or AI-edited
  • An image or video could be mistaken as real
  • Content shows or suggests a person said or did something
  • Content is used in advertising, marketing, public communications, or social media
  • Content relates to news, politics, public issues, finance, health, law, safety, elections, or other public-interest topics
  • A reasonable viewer may not understand that AI was used

When in doubt, disclose.

Suggested disclosure labels

You can use simple labels such as:

  • AI-generated video.
  • This video includes an AI-generated avatar.
  • This voiceover was generated using AI.
  • This image was created or edited with AI.
  • This content was AI-assisted and reviewed before publishing.
  • This is a virtual spokesperson created with AI.
  • This AI influencer is not a real person.

For social posts, you may add the disclosure in:

  • The caption
  • The video description
  • The first comment
  • The end frame
  • The visual overlay
  • The metadata, where supported
  • The approval or campaign record

Public-interest content

Extra care is required when AI-generated content relates to public-interest topics.

This may include content about:

  • News
  • Politics
  • Elections
  • Government
  • Public policy
  • Public safety
  • Health
  • Finance
  • Legal rights
  • Social issues
  • Crisis events
  • Market-moving information
  • Content that may influence public opinion

Before publishing this type of content, users should:

  • Fact-check the content
  • Add human review
  • Confirm the source of claims
  • Avoid misleading edits
  • Add appropriate AI disclosure
  • Make sure the final post is not deceptive

CoreAIVideo should not be used to create fake news, misleading public statements, false endorsements, deceptive political content, or manipulated public-interest media.

Creative, artistic, and marketing content

AI can be used for creative, educational, entertainment, and marketing purposes.

However, creative use does not remove the need for transparency when content could mislead viewers.

For example, if an AI avatar is used in a marketing video, the viewer should not be led to believe the avatar is a real person giving a real testimonial unless that is true and properly authorised.

Do not remove AI labels or metadata

CoreAIVideo may provide visible labels, metadata, watermarks, or other technical signals showing that content was created or edited with AI.

You must not remove, hide, alter, or misrepresent those signals where they are provided.

You must also not claim that AI-generated content is fully human-made if that claim would mislead others.

Prohibited deepfake misuse

You may not use CoreAIVideo to create, edit, publish, or distribute AI-generated content that:

  • Impersonates someone without permission
  • Uses someone’s face, voice, or likeness without consent
  • Creates a fake endorsement or testimonial
  • Shows someone saying or doing something they did not approve
  • Deceives people about a real event
  • Harasses, defames, or humiliates a person
  • Creates non-consensual sexual content
  • Misleads voters or manipulates political opinion
  • Spreads fake news or public misinformation
  • Supports scams, fraud, or phishing
  • Violates platform rules or applicable laws

CoreAIVideo may remove content, restrict access, or suspend accounts if this policy is violated.

You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content.

Before publishing or sharing content created with CoreAIVideo, make sure:
