Terms & Conditions for Free Guides (CoreAIVideo)

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all free guides, tutorials, educational materials, and resources (“Guides”) provided by:

By submitting your name and email address, checking the consent box, or accessing any Guide, you (“User”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Nature and Scope of the Guides
CoreAIVideo provides free informational and educational materials intended to help users understand and utilize various tools, workflows, and digital processes.
Guides may include:
- Step-by-step instructions
- Educational videos or screen recordings
- Best practices and checklists
- Templates or examples
Guides are provided free of charge and do not create any service, consulting, support, or contractual relationship between you and CoreAIVideo.
CoreAIVideo may update, modify, restrict, or remove Guides at any time without prior notice.
2. Purpose of Data Collection and Consent to Marketing Communication
By submitting your name and email, you consent to CoreAIVideo processing your data to:

Processing is based on your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw your consent anytime by emailing info@coreaivideo.com with the subject “Unsubscribe.”
Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.

CoreAIVideo uses a Double-Opt-In process to verify your email address.
- You receive a confirmation email.
- Your subscription is activated only after clicking the verification link.
- If not confirmed, no marketing communication will be sent.
4. Data Storage and Processing
Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR.
- Your data may be stored as long as CoreAIVideo sends relevant communication.
- GDPR-compliant third-party email tools may be used.
- Your personal data is not sold or shared with unauthorized parties.

5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content in the Guides—including text, videos, templates, designs, images, structures, and branding—is the intellectual property of CoreAIVideo.
You may use the content for personal or internal business purposes.
You may not:

- Share Guides with third parties without permission

6. References to Third-Party Tools

- CoreAIVideo has no control over pricing, availability, or functionality.

CoreAIVideo is not liable for issues arising from your use of third-party tools.
7. No Guarantees and Limitation of Liability

- CoreAIVideo does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
- You are responsible for how you apply the information.
- CoreAIVideo is not responsible for tool changes or temporary access issues.
Mandatory German exceptions apply:
- Liability for intent or gross negligence is not excluded.
- Liability for injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected.

These Terms are governed by German law. Jurisdiction for all disputes is Darmstadt, Germany.
10. Severability Clause
If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. The invalid provision will be replaced by one that best matches the original intent.
11. Changes to These Terms
CoreAIVideo may update or modify these Terms at any time to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes. The version published on this page is the applicable version.
