Core Responsibilities

Lead financial planning: business plan, financial model, unit economics.
Support fundraising: investor research, outreach, calls, Q&A, and overall strategy.
Co-develop the pitch deck and financial story; prepare materials for due diligence.
Advise on financial structure, valuation, cap table, and strategic budgeting.
Provide ongoing financial guidance as the company scales.

Ideal Candidate

Strong finance background in tech/SaaS (startup CFO, finance lead, investor, or advisor).
Hands-on experience with Pre-Seed/Seed fundraising and investor interactions.
Excellent financial modelling skills and understanding of SaaS metrics.
Tech-savvy, analytical, structured, and comfortable working in an early-stage startup.
Strong communicator with the ability to translate numbers into a clear investor narrative.
Fluent in German and English.
Bonus: Familiarity with German and EU tech startup funding and grant programs.
Bonus: Existing investor network (angels, micro-VCs, early-stage funds).
