Core Responsibilities

Lead an overall marketing strategy to grow brand visibility and user acquisition.
Drive social media growth across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and X.
Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns that support overall business objectives.
Build and manage a high-performing, global remote marketing team with clear KPIs and rapid execution.
Develop and optimize marketing funnels from awareness to conversion.
Grow and manage our affiliate partner program to scale revenue.
Cultivate strategic partnerships and enterprise relationships that support long-term expansion.
Work closely with the founder to shape the company’s AI roadmap and ensure alignment across tech, marketing, and funding initiatives.

Ideal Candidate

Proven record in executive leadership with a strong focus on social media marketing, ideally in AI/SaaS/Personal Branding.
Hands-on experience managing affiliate programs and scaling strategic partnerships for long-term business growth.
Entrepreneurial spirit and data-driven approach to hitting and exceeding ambitious targets.
English fluency is required, and German fluency is an advantage.
Highly motivated to operate in a 100% remote, growth-centric environment.
