These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders accepted for the production of AI-generated videos and other services by CoreAIVideo. By purchasing any service from CoreAIVideo, you (“Customer” or “Client”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
Customers must declare an objection to the terms and conditions in writing within three working days.
Any deviating terms and conditions of the customer are hereby rejected. Their validity generally requires written acceptance by CoreAIVideo.
2-Conclusion of Contract
2.1. A legally binding contract is formed when the customer orders a product or service via the CoreAIVideo website or through a written agreement (e.g., signed proposal).
2.2. Cancellation Policy:
If the customer has already submitted audio or video samples and work has begun, cancellation is no longer possible, and the video credit (payment) will be consumed.
2.3. CoreAIVideo does not accept third-party terms and conditions unless explicitly confirmed in writing. CoreAIVideo reserves the right to engage third-party contractors, including freelancers, to fulfill contractual services. The selection of third-party contractors is at CoreAIVideo’s sole discretion.
3-Pricing, Payment & Refund Policy
3.1. When placing an order, the customer is obliged to pay full amount upfront, unless special payment terms are agreed in writing in individual cases. Production starts only after payment confirmation.
3.2. The prices displayed on the website are net prices and subject to applicable VAT.
3.3. Non-Refundable Policy:
Once work has started (e.g., AI training, voice cloning, or video editing), no refunds are possible.
3.4. Additional Costs:
- If the actual costs exceed the initial estimate by more than 15%, CoreAIVideo will notify the customer.
- All services provided by CoreAIVideo that are not expressly covered by the agreed fee will be paid for separately. All cash expenses incurred by CoreAIVideo must be reimbursed by the customer.
- If actual costs exceed the original estimate by more than 15%, CoreAIVideo will notify the customer.
- The cost overrun is deemed to have been approved by the customer if the customer does not object in writing within five working days of this notification and at the same time announces cheaper alternatives.
- All services provided by CoreAIVideo that are not expressly covered by the agreed fee will be paid for separately.
4-Credits Consumption, Revisions & Changes
4.1. Customers must review the final video and request all necessary changes in writing within seven (7) working days of delivery. CoreAIVideo will review the request to assess feasibility, timeline adjustments, and additional costs, if applicable. If no agreement is reached, the original project scope remains unchanged. Video will be considered final from client side if the specified deadline has expired.
4.2. We offer unlimited revisions for all issues and changes identified by the client in the first revision request. Once the client submits their initial feedback, we will continue refining those specific elements until the client is fully satisfied, at no additional cost.
However, any new requests, additional changes, or modifications that were not included in the first revision request will be considered outside the original scope and will be subject to additional charges.
4.3. Credit Consumption Policy
Production errors do not entitle the customer to refuse the consumption of video credits. If any issues arise, they must be addressed through the revision process rather than withholding credit usage.
5-Intellectual Property Rights
5.1. Ownership of Content:
Customers will have full ownership of their AI-generated voice and likeness clones, as well as the final video content, once the project is completed and full payment has been received.
5.2. Any modifications, resales, or third-party use of AI videos require explicit written approval from CoreAIVideo.
5.3. Customers must ensure they have the legal rights to all content they provide, including but not limited to logos, voice samples, video samples and text scripts. CoreAIVideo is not responsible for copyright violations related to customer-provided materials.
6-Liability & Limitations
6.1. No Liability for Indirect Damages
CoreAIVideo is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to lost profits, reputational damage, or business interruptions.
6.2. Limitation of CoreAIVideo’s Liability
In case of service disruptions, or third-party disputes, CoreAIVideo’s liability is strictly limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the affected service.
CoreAIVideo is not responsible for lost or corrupted files once the final video has been delivered. Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backup copies of all material.
6.3. Indemnification
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold CoreAIVideo harmless against any claims, legal disputes, or costs arising from copyright infringements, intellectual property violations, or competition law breaches related to their content.
6.4. Claim Expiration Period
All claims for damages must be made within three (3) months of the customer becoming aware of the issue.
6.5. CoreAIVideo is not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by uncontrollable external factors (e.g., strikes, technical failures, force majeure). In such cases, delivery timelines may be extended, and customers will be informed accordingly
6.6. AI-Generated Content Liability and Accuracy
CoreAIVideo does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content and is not responsible for misunderstandings, misinterpretations, or unintended consequences.
CoreAIVideo is not liable for:
- Errors, inaccuracies, or biases inherent in AI-generated content.
- Service outages, malfunctions, or changes in third-party AI tools.

While CoreAIVideo applies professional editing and refinements, we cannot guarantee the inherent quality, accuracy, or suitability of AI-generated outputs.
CoreAIVideo is not liable for any misuse of AI-generated content, including but not limited to fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities.
CoreAIVideo does not create deepfake content intended to mislead, impersonate, or deceive individuals without consent. Customers assume full responsibility for ensuring that AI-generated videos are used ethically and in compliance with all applicable laws.
7-Third-Party Tools & AI-Generated Content
7.1. Use of Third-Party AI Tools
CoreAIVideo provides video production services using third-party AI tools, including but not limited to HeyGen and ElevenLabs. While we enhance and edit AI-generated content through professional post-production, we do not control or modify the AI models used in the initial generation process.
7.2. Customer Responsibility for Reviewing AI Content
Customers are solely responsible for reviewing the AI-generated content to ensure it aligns with their intended use before approving the final version. CoreAIVideo does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of AI-generated content and is not liable for any misunderstandings, misrepresentations, or unintended interpretations arising from AI technology.
7.3. Ownership & Intellectual Property Rights
- Customers receive full ownership of their final AI-generated video, including any post-production enhancements, upon full payment.
- CoreAIVideo does not grant any rights to the underlying AI models, algorithms, or technologies used in the creation process, as these remain the property of their respective developers (e.g., HeyGen, ElevenLabs).
7.4. AI Content Limitations & Ethical Use
Customers acknowledge that AI-generated content may have inherent limitations, including:
- Minor discrepancies in voice likeness, accents, facial expressions, or visual accuracy.
- Variations due to AI-generated synthesis.
8-Right of Withdrawal
8.1. CoreAIVideo reserves the right to refuse service if a project is deemed legally or ethically inappropriate, violates copyright laws and competition regulations, or involves misleading/fraudulent use.
8.2. In the case of distance contracts, consumers residing in the European Union generally have a right of withdrawal, which is subject to national law. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs. Since we provide our services according to customer specifications, there is no right of withdrawal.
8.3. Once the project has started, the customer cannot cancel the order, and no refunds will be issued. Since payment is made upfront, the customer is fully responsible for the agreed amount, regardless of project completion.

9.2. Personal data is used strictly for project execution.
9.3. Customers have the right to request data deletion after project completion.
9.4. Detailed provisions can be found in the privacy policy at https://coreaivideo.com/privacy-policy/
10-Use of Work for Marketing & Portfolio
10.1. CoreAIVideo is allowed to use finished projects as references for marketing (e.g., portfolio, social media, website, case studies).
10.2. If the client wishes to opt out, they must request this in writing at the time of order.
11-Place of Performance & Governing Law
11.1. The place of performance for all obligations under this contract is Darmstadt, Germany.
11.2. These Terms and Conditions are governed by German law. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in German courts.
12-Final Provisions
12.1. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain fully effective. The parties undertake to replace the invalid provision with an effective provision that corresponds in meaning and comes closest to the intended regulation in economic and legal terms.
