About the Founder
CoreAIVideo was founded by Nadeem Arif, who brings 30+ years of tech and entrepreneurial experience as the Founder & CEO of Outsourcing4work GmbH (Germany). Since 2007, Nadeem has been living with ME/CFS (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome)—a debilitating illness that has left him 80% disabled and bedridden.
Due to health reasons, Nadeem will step down as CEO and dedicate his focus on driving the product at CoreAIVideo.

Core Responsibilities
- Fundraising: Lead fundraising efforts, starting with a $5M Seed round (angels, seed funds, strategic partners).
- Strategy: Lead the overall company strategy with a strong focus on AI innovation, financial sustainability, and scalable sales growth.
- Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing, global remote sales team with clear KPIs and rapid execution.
- Go-to-Market: Define and drive go-to-market strategies targeting real estate professionals in the U.S.
- Partnerships: Cultivate strategic partnerships and enterprise relationships that support long-term expansion.
- AI Roadmap: Work closely with the founder to shape the company’s AI roadmap and ensure alignment across tech, sales, and funding initiatives.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven record in executive leadership with a strong focus on sales, ideally in AI/SaaS — experience in PropTech or Real Estate technology is a strong plus.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and data-driven approach to hitting and exceeding ambitious targets.
- Comfortable in engaging with investors and forging strategic partnerships that foster long-term business development.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Highly motivated to operate in a 100% remote, growth-centric environment.
The Collaboration & Financial Setup
Sweat Equity + Commissions:
Initially, your compensation will be in the form of sweat equity plus commissions.
Post-Funding Salary:
Once our seed fundraising round is complete, we’ll shift you into a salary model.
